This research is a research on the effect of the promotion on the occupancy rate of rooms at the Sapadia Hotel Siantar. This study aims to find out how to promote rooms and what is the influence of promotions at Sapadia Hotel Siantar. This study uses two variables, the independent variable is Promotion, while the dependent variable is Room Occupancy Rate. The sample of this research are guests staying at the Sapadia Hotel Sintar. Sampling was performed using the quarterly sampling method. Data was collected through up to 34 questionnaires that were distributed directly to guests. The statistical method uses simple regression analysis with statistical test hypothesis testing, validity and reliability testing, and validity and reliability testing using data analysis techniques. Study results indicate that promotions positively affect room occupancy rates.
