The influence of Room Boy service quality on guest satisfaction the method used to measure guest satisfaction To find out how Room Boy service quality on guest satisfaction at Garuda Plaza Hotel Medan. To find out what factors affect Room Boy service quality Data analysis techniques used in this study is descriptive by using quantitative research methods. In this analysis, to measure the quality of room boy service on guest satisfaction at Garuda Plaza Hotel Medan through the determination test of the Summaryb model, it is known that the R square value is 0.538 (53.8%). This shows that by using a regression model, where the independent variable (Service Quality Room Boy) has an influence on the dependent variable (Guest Satisfaction) of 53.8%. While 46.2% is influenced by other variables. In dealing with guest problems and complaints, it is expected that Room boy can be better and faster in responding professionally so that guests feel less disappointed. Maintain and improve good room boy behavior in providing services and meeting all needs staying guests will make guests feel valued and feel at home to stay longer, and make guests come back.
