Supervisory supervision has a very important role in improving employee performance. This study aims to improve the determine how supervisory supervision is currently running at Housekeeping in influencing employee performance at Le Polonia Hotel Medan. This research was conducted using a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. This research was conducted at Le Polonia Hotel Medan. Data collection techniques by observation, documentation, and interviews. The data of this study were examined by conducting interviews with Housekeeping employees. After analyzing the results of the interviews and based on the results of this study, it can be found that supervisory supervision is very influential in the smooth operation and performance of Housekeeping employees. Supervision that has been running smoothly can help efficiently and employees carry out their work effectively
affect the creation of good employee performance. So it is suggested that the Housekeeping supervisor to maintain a monitoring system that is already running well in order to make the performance of Housekeeping employees.
