Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine the magnitude of the impact of the training program on employee performance . This study was conducted at the Santika Medan Hotel. Use a quantitative research method. The data collection method in this study was by observation or direct observation and questionnaire. The data comes from several samples and libraries. According to the results of the coefficient of determination, the effect of variable X on variable Y is 38.6%, and 62% is influenced by factors other than this study. The results of this survey show that the training program has a significant positive impact on employee performance, and that there are other variables that affect customer satisfaction besides this survey.
