The Effect Of The Role Of The Trainee On The Operations Of The Housekeeping Department Grand Mercure Medan Angkasa Hotel

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the role of trainees has on the smooth operation of the Grand Mercure Hotel Medan Angkasa. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach with observation data collection techniques and questionnaires. Then using Validity Test and Reliability Test as a means of Instruments and using Descriptive Test, Simple Linear Regression Test and T Test on Data Analysis Techniques. From the questionnaire data obtained, it was processed using SPSS ver 25 software. SPSS resulted in a T test result that the significant value of the trainee role (X) on operational fluency (Y) was 0.045 < 0.05 and the t count value was 3.106 > t table 2.16037. As a partial test, it was concluded that the results of the study showed that the role of trainees had a positive and significant effect on operational fluency.
