Abstract

The research entitled "The Effect of Service Quality and Product Quality on Repurchase
Intention at Ji Long Restaurant Grand City Hall Medan" aims to determine the effect of
service quality as the first independent variable and product quality as the second
independent variable on repurchase intention as the dependent variable in Ji Long.
Restaurant Grand City Hall Medan. This study uses a quantitative approach and uses the
slovin method in determining the sample. Data was collected by distributing
questionnaires to 80 respondents with 19 questions. The data processing technique was
carried out by instrument testing, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test
and hypothesis testing. The results showed that service quality had an effect on repurchase
intention of 78.8%. Product quality also has an influence on repurchase intention of
82.1%.. Based on the coefficient of determination, this study also shows that service
quality and product quality have a joint effect re-purchase intention of 84.2%.
