Abstract

This study aims (1) to analyze the process of improving the quality of human resources for F&BService Department services at Cambridge Hotel Medan. (2) To analyze the F&B Service Depart-ment services at Cambridge Hotel Medan after improving the quality of Human Resources. This research was conducted using qualitative research methods by conducting interviews with employee containing various statements related to the variables studied and also conducting field observations. Data is processed using descriptive and interactive analysis. This study concludes that 1) The process of improving the quality of human resources for F&B Service Department services at Cambridge Hotel Medan is through coaching training, giving employee appreciation and maintaining employees. 2) F&B Service Department services after improving the quality of human resources to be better in terms of grooming, greeting, team work, communication, attitude, service, discipline and mastering job desc and staff placement in the right section
