Abstract
The event is the right effort for the hotel in an effort to increase occupancy with the aim of increasing
hotel revenue. Events are also important in achieving profits and also introducing the hotel to the
outside world. The purpose of this research is to find out how much influence the price has on meeting
packages and the atmosphere for holding a banquet event at the International Emerald Garden
Hotel. The method used in this research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. In the
sampling technique, the researcher uses the saturated sampling technique, the author uses a Likert
scale in measuring attitudes and perceptions of the government about meeting packages and
atmosphere.
Meeting packages, atmosphere is able to influence decisions by 49.2%, the remaining 100% - 49.2%
50.8% is explained by variables or other factors. It is known that the regression coefficient value of
the meeting packages variable is 0.330, which is positive. This means that meeting packages have a
positive effect on decisions. It is known that the statistical t or t count from meeting packages is 2.208
t table 2.068 and the value of Sig. is 0.037, which is a significance level of 0.05, then the meeting
packages have a significant effect on the decision. So it can be concluded that meeting packages
have a positive and significant effect on decisions. It is known that the regression coefficient value
of the atmosphere variable is 0.425, which is positive. This means that the atmosphere has a positive
effect on the decision. It is known that the statistic t or t count from the atmosphere is 2,904, t table
is 2,068 and the value of Sig. is 0.008, which is a significance level of 0.05, then the atmosphere has
a significant effect on the decision. research data is used as a source of consideration for the
influence of meeting packages and atmosphere on government decisions in carrying out the Banquet
Event
